After Dior and Quiksilver, in 2007, Damien Fourgeaud is hired for O’Neill to be Footwear Sr designer and luggage, waiting the Eyewear development.
After one year instead the eyewear project, the CEO Andreas Adenauer promote him as his “right hand” to be Associate product Director in charge of the identity policy of the Group and the communication between design and marketing.
